AI voice agent design for a fictional real-estate business: qualify inbound callers, book viewings, confirm by SMS and write a CRM summary. Business logic lives in n8n and pure functions, not in the prompt.
Status: In Progress. Local Python app and mock tests are done. In the deployed part, Workflow 01 is inactive; Vapi and Twilio are not connected and SMS is mocked.
